Experience pays for deliberate practice. Level records all experience earned; spending Training XP never takes a level away. Higher levels raise the number of ranks you can train.
Heavy weapons hit harder and recover more slowly. Tempo improves your overall speed; these techniques improve impact and handling for one family. Ranks 5, 10, 15 and 20 add a larger mastery bonus. Every rank costs XP.
A tool is not a qualification. Buy the required equipment, then learn the skill here.
Change your training plan. Refund XP spent on paid ranks; keep your items, level, lifetime experience, quest progress, and any grandfathered training.
Pennies buy actual equipment. Equip one weapon, one armor, and one charm. Tools stay in your kit; owning a spell tool still requires learning its skill.
Mom pays one penny per fly. Click or tap a fly to chase it and swing automatically when you get close. The kitchen flies cannot hurt you.
Pennies buy gear from the Outfitter; Training XP buys stat ranks and skills and weapon techniques. Equip the electric zapper to chase and attack automatically. Train attack and speed, clear Mom’s contract, then take the next field trip. Later you can train defense, vitality, precision, recovery, and agility. Spending XP never lowers your level; each level raises your training ceiling. Weapon, armor, and charm slots affect combat only while equipped; tools remain available once owned. Heavier weapons hit harder but recover and move more slowly. Tempo and the equipped weapon’s technique improve handling. Each of the four techniques has 20 paid ranks and an extra mastery bonus every five ranks.
The silver spoon is carried automatically once found at Magic Mountain. It breaks the lawn gnome’s protection and gives 2.5× damage against ceramic gnomes throughout the campaign. It never replaces your weapon. Music has its own switch and volume; sound effects can be enabled separately.
Pantry kills make bug spray available to buy. The can is not a free reward: purchase it, then pay Training XP to learn Spray. The training notebook shows exact current and next benefits, costs, and requirements for every stat and skill.
The Quest ledger offers optional errands for titles and relics. Start an errand, do its tasks, and claim the reward. Later, chores earn pennies alongside your adventures; Another Tuesday lets you start again with permanent resolve.
